Postgame: Umm, Don't Kill Yourself QuackQuack It's the PLAYOFFS

So the NY Jets played again very well against a very good Pats team. I'll give the Pats credit. 2 or 3 plays and the game might have been 21-21 or 28-28 going into overtime. The biggest disappointment for me in the Pats team is Brady not on his game. I'm not saying Brady sucked. The INT wasn't a bad throw; Green didn't just go get it. Brady went for Revis in this game compared to Peyton (scared pussy). They ran against the Jets compared to other teams. The offense was on for enough drives to make it count. The Pats weren't going to score 45 this time. A lot of people forget that the Jets didn't have their secondary signal caller for the 2nd game, Jimbo broke his leg the Thursday before the game and that didn't give Smith enough time to get the calls and checks right.

The offense line didn't play up to their billing either. Mr. Ellis played the game of his life. Gotta give the guy credit with his stat line ( 6 tackles, 2 sacks, and 2 QB hits). Devito, who wasn't suppose to play that much this year got into the backfield and made some good plays. The O-line just wasnt there for me. IF the O-line played better, well maybe a win goes to New England. The Pats defense played well enough to win the game. I didn't see any plays that were horrible. The Edwards catch for the TD wasn't their fault, yeah you gotta wrap a guy up but if he somehow skimmy shakes you well I guess it wasn't meant to be. The Holmes catch for the TD was a well thrown ball that the defender couldn't defend. Vilfrok played like what big fat guys do playing the NT.

Special Teams.......... okay IF Chung made the play well than it's 1st down Pats. The onside kicks were right there but they couldn't fall on the ball, not their fault. Besides that they played well. Each team let good kick returns go back to around midfield (its the law of averages).

Rex Ryan used the same coaching scheme that Mr. Bill used against Sanchez in game 2 which is to rush 3 or 4 and leave everyone back and make them throw precise balls. Reminds me about the Giant vs. Bills SuperBowl where Mr. Bill let the Bills run the ball and dropped the defense back against the run. THE NFL IS A COPYCAT LEAGUE.

Now onto the J-E-T-S, JETS JETS JETS (GO KILL YOURSELF NOW QUACKQUACK, J/K DON'T CAUSE WE GOT BC THIS WEEKEND.

The Offense played well, not great for the Jets. Mark came out shaky. The 1st quarter was complete shit by him and the team. At first looked like the 2nd game. The run game was going to be there as long as they ran away from Vince (tubby) Wilfork the best player on the Pats defense in my opinion. They ran for 120 yards and kept the defense honest enough for Mark to throw the ball. The play calling looked reserved at times but you can't blame it on him cause he obviously doesn't call the plays or audibles out of enough of them. Yeah, Edwards and Holmes stole the show with TDs but Jericho Cotchery(ie Wayne Cherbet (2nd best Jet ever) circa late 90s and early 2000s) was the go to man in 3rd down conversions. Don't convert them equals field positions and scoring. He came off and injury and lost his rhythm with Sanchez for the 2nd game and didn't play well enough because of that and because of his play tonight A+ for him and B for the rest int receiving corp.

The Defense played smart. Didn't show their hand until I will say the 2nd quarter and confused the receiving corp of the Pats at times. Ellis as mentioned before was difference maker throughout the whole game. 2 huge sacks. Cromartie played well enough but I was fairly surprised that Brady didn't go at him that much even if it was for a jump ball, try at least once so you can put his FOOT in his mouth. Revis was Revis enough. Brady went after him which I was surprised.

Special Teams was shaky. Missed FG and not well executed onside kick returns. Besides that played average.

Overall, the game played up to my billing and hopefully all of yours.

PS- I really really hate my team for being immature idiots after the game.
PSS- Quack Quack, Rapelisburger or Dirty Sanchez?
