Quack Quack's Money in the bank lock of the week

This is the first of a weekly post on Friday where I pick the best college game and NFL game that weekend to bet on with the spread. I don't trust myself to bet on games so this is my way of fulfilling my gambling urge without actually going broke.

NCAA:
Pittsburgh @ Syracuse(-1)

The Pick: Syracuse

The Orangemen take the 11th best defense into a game against a Pitt team that has struggled to score points besides an early big win against UNH. The Cuse at home are only a one point favorite? Oh please. Put the house on the Orange and the revitalized football program out there in upstate New York.

NFL: Atlanta @ Philadelphia (-2.5)
Philly is starting Kevin Kolb ,(in place of Mike Vick), who made some good plays for them against San Fran but the Falcons are not the 49ers. The Falcons can score without turning the ball over and should test this Eagles' defense while also harrassing the young Kolb all game long. Look for the Falcons to win by seven here. Take Atlanta here.

oh yeah and go BU!
