Gryba plays first game...no penalties???
Former BU defenseman Eric Gryba played in his first professional game Friday night for the Binghamton Senators, the AHL affiliate of the Ottawa Senators. Gryba recorded 2 shots on goal, but no penalty minutes. Gryba, the all-time leader in penalty minutes at Boston University, recorded a +1 rating in Binghamton's 6-2 victory over Scranton/Wilkes-Barre. Gryba's club defeated the the team of former teammates Brain Strait and John Curry along with former Northeastern rivals Joe Vitale and Brad Thiessen. Stay tuned for Gryba's first penalty,fight,point and goal!
